Dear Residents of Mactan Who Plan To Buy Best Affordable House and Lot:
After this article, you will learn three things:
1. How to solve your traffic problems.
2. How to live a happier life with less suffering brought by the Mandaue-Lapu Lapu Traffic and every single traffic you have ever suffered because you feel no one in the government cares about your Traffic suffering.
3. How to smile more. And complain less.
Let's start.
“Blessed are the hearts that can bend; they shall never be broken.”

Island Homes Helps Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu Traffic
So the congestion in Mandaue and Cebu might be because of too many people. Too many people commuting. Too many cars. The reading I got from Nicholson Taleb, the great Philosopher, is that a solution for traffic congestion is making things small.
Having a car is too big. Share a car with co-workers. Having a house is too big. Share it with relatives or friends in the office.
In the global economy, having one economic system for the world to use means that a damage in one country from the system failure can spread to all over the world. like a virus. Having different economic systems prevents spreading of one economic disease in, say, the United States to the Philippines.
The principle is to keep things small and spread things out. Consider it this way: one basketball-size stone thrown at you simultaneously or 100 small pebbles thrown at you each?
You are harmed less if the damage is divided a million times.
I'm not saying that I know the cause of the Mandaue Lapulapu traffic, but my opinion is it's because we're all travelling to the same places with no variety. We're throwing one Basketball-size stone to one region, so to speak.
The traffic is also caused by everyone going to one area at the same time. You know when a person is having an epileptic shock because so many input of cells goes to the brain? That's what contributes I think to Lapu-Lapu traffic: we're all congesting so many cars into the road, causing an epileptic shock to the Lapu-lapu Traffic state.
So it's better if people in Mandaue and Lapu-lapu build their lifestyle around not travelling to the same place all the time.
Maybe resident owners in Lapu-lapu can go to Mactan Newtown during weekends and just forget about going to Cebu City malls if not needed? Maybe you can ask your employers that you can do your work at home so you can stay with your kids? By the way, your employers might not be telling you that you're their most important employee, so you won't leave. Assert your importance. If you're important in your company, you can use your value as leverage and demand that you stay at home to work. You get the idea. Value yourself more. You're worth more than you think. Anyway, going back to the topic.
It takes training of the mind to not feel left out by the events in Cebu City if you live in Lapu-Lapu. But I'm not an expert. But I used the ideas here for myself, so I speak only for myself.
And what I can say is this: build a lifestyle that can train you to suffer less Mandaue Traffic. You can do this by being creative through detaching yourself from your ego, from your envy of Cebu City events and from your Fear of Missing Out whenever there's a party in the City. You can use science for this. How? Do this:

Mayor Tomas Osmena said that SRP is the solution to Cebu City Traffic because if more people go to SRP, less traffic goes to Colon. Island Homes is like SRP: it's a solution. Here's why
Why Island Homes by RDAK LAND Is Solution To Lapu-Lapu Traffic:
The Puyo Dayon of Island Homes solves the problem of Home Buyers who are paying equity at the same time as paying their rent. It's Rent to Own System, in short. Ask your Real Estate Friends what's Rent To Own.
Puyo Dayon allows you to save extra cash. Extra cash means you have a buffer or extra money to be spent elsewhere, like stock investments. So Island Homes can get you more savings. More extra money means you don't have to find a second job in a different city to look for extra money. And that means you don't have to use the Lapu-lapu road in going to your second job. Less people in the road means less traffic.
Also, read Nicholson's Antifragility to learn how to make money grow for you without being scammed by sales agents and real estate people who sell you something you don't need.
The book will tell you how Never To Ask A Barber If You Need A Haircut because a barber will always tell people they need a haircut. Why? Barbers have to earn money and so they tell people who don't need a haircut that they need one, to increase profit. Click HERE to read more.

Conclusion:
The Island Homes Property is for everybody and at the same time, not for everybody, too. If you want to learn How To Be Both, read Ali Smith's novel How To Be Both.
Island Homes Is FOR EVERYBODY:
1. Everybody who can afford and who lives near Mactan and who wants an investment for their money to grow and work for them can enjoy Island Homes' wonderful homes.
Island Homes Is NOT FOR EVERYBODY:
2. Everybody who works in Cebu City and will use the Island Homes property as their residential place might be late for work because of traffic, unless they travel to work early. If there's a will, there's a way.
Also, Manananggals who fly above the heavy Lapu-lapu traffic to get to work at I.T. Park will still benefit from the location of Island Homes. But I don't think Teleperformance accepts Mananggals as call center agents. Ha ha! Joking lang po.
Nagmamahal,
A Bad Richard
